Offering a bonus shall be at iBet's discretion.
Every bonus is valid for a certain promotional period, and must be used within the applicable period. If the bonus is not used it will expire.
All bonuses offered by iBet can only be claimed once per person/account, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, device, IP addresses and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.).
The iBet bonus is granted to leisure time gambling account holders exclusively and shall therefore only be available to these individuals. Professional players are not entitled to receive an iBet bonus. The iBet bonus can not be used in conjunction with other initial offers. In this respect iBet's decision shall, be final, and not negotiable.
In order to qualify for a bonus offered by iBet, all personal information must be up to date and correct. iBet reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings paid to an account with inaccurate personal information.
iBet may at any time choose to review all records and game transactions and / or monitor your use of bonuses or free spins. iBet reserves the right to disqualify you from any free spins promotion or bonus or other form of promotion and / or confiscate all deposits and / or winnings and / or close your account.
If a campaign or promotion requires a qualifying deposit it has to be made in a single transaction; mutiple deposits do not qualify.
The iBet bonus is credited to your account. Bonuses may, however, only be used for bets or stakes, and cannot transferred or paid out until the terms and conditions for payout have been fulfilled.
If a stake is being reimbursed due to a cancelled, to be cancelled, or invalid game event, this stake shall not be considered in the play through terms or bonus conditions.
If two or more bets are placed on different game results for the same gambling event, only the stake submitted on the betting slip will be credited towards the minimum turnover.
The bonus can be cancelled or forfeit only when there are no open bets.
Misusing the bonus shall constitute an infringement of the bonus terms and conditions. In the following cases iBet shall, assume an infringement of the bonus terms and conditions:
If a bonus has been claimed by the same person on multiple occasions, or using the same IP address, or from the same terminal.
If bets guaranteeing a bonus win for an individual or group, regardless of the outcome are placed (so-called “safe bets”);
If there is any suspicion of organized use of the bonus offer.
iBet reserves the right to offer a specific bonus to a specific customer or group of customers. iBet also reserves the right to exclude individual players from future bonuses and campaigns. Such exclusion can be lifted at iBet's discretion.
A bonus will not be credited if you have excluded yourself, or have been excluded from the betting service.
Cashout function is excluded for bets placed with bonus related funds.
If there is any suspicion that a condition of this offer has been violated or customers placing bets guaranteeing a win based on a deposit bonus, free bets, improved win payments or any other promotional offer, regardless of the bet’s outcome, iBet reserves the right to demand the return of the bonus, correct or cancel bets placed, refuse payout requests and close accounts.
The bonus amount must be turned over at least (six) 6 times on any sports bets at iBet prior to requesting a withdrawal, unless stated differently in the offer-related-bonus terms.
In order to meet the bonus wagering requirements only bonus money can be used. If a bet with correct minimum odd thus relevant for the bonus is placed the stake will always come from available bonus money first. You can find an overview of available bonus money under "My Account".
Any bets placed with bonus funds will only count towards the wagering requirement when it has been settled. System bets do not contribute to the wagering requirements and are excluded.
Note: Should you use the bonus to place (long term) bets on games or events, which take place or are evaluated after the redeemed bonus expires, the bonus will be voided in the meantime. In such a case the bonus would be expired even if the bet is won and your winnings would be €0. Example: You have a €50 Bonus valid until end of September. Should you use this for placing a bet on the Bundesliga champion of the season, which usually is only crowned by May, the bonus will be expired in the meantime. The bet would still be displayed as open, however, you would receive €0 bonus amount at the time of evaluation.
The maximum bonus amount that can be placed on a round or bet is a maximum of 30% of the total initial bonus amount received.
Bets placed on different selections within same market or bets placed on equivalent markets (eg. Double Chance and (Asian) Handicap bets +1/-1) are not eligible for bonus offers and do not count to the wagering requiremnt. If such bets are placed, iBet reserves the right to close relevant accounts and confiscate existing funds.
Not Withdrawable funds on iBet are funds that are tied to a deposit bonus offer. For example, if you have a deposit bonus of 100% up to €50, your €50 deposit used to redeem the bonus will be considered ‘not withdrawable’ until you complete the bonus wagering requirement or decide to forfeit the bonus offer, in which case the funds will become immediately withdrawable.
iBet reserves the right to amend or revoke the nature and duration of the promotion at any time.
iBet's standard Terms and Conditions shall apply.
In case of dispute, the English version of all bonus terms and conditions shall prevail.
Deposit bonus
Unless specified otherwise in a specific promotional terms and conditions, the minimum deposit amount to claim a deposit bonus is €10.
The deposit bonus only applies within the promotional period stipulated, and only for the customer account to which the associated e-mail, account notification, text message or push message has been sent.
You will be notified of the exact conditions (promotional period, percentage and maximum bonus amount) by a personal e-mail message, an account notification, a text message or a push message.
The total bonus and deposit amount associated with the bonus promotion must be turned over at least (six) 6 times on any sports bets at iBet prior to requesting a withdrawal. System bets do not contribute to the wagering requirements and are excluded.
The minimum odds of the individual or combined betting slip must amount to a minimum of 1.5 in order to count towards the wagering requirement, unless other, offer-related terms are specified in the offer.
The terms and conditions for payout must be met within 20 days of receiving a bonus unless stated otherwise. If the conditions have not been met, iBet reserves the right to cancel the bonus amount and any winnings resulting thereof.
The following deposit methods do not qualify for the deposit bonus: Neteller, Skrill.
Free bet
The free bet value defined by iBet, may be limited to a particular sporting event or betting market.
In order to submit a betting slip as a “free bet”, the customer must personally enable the “Freebet” tickbox/option on the betting slip.
The free bet shall only apply to individual and combined bets, system bets are excluded. It may be submitted up to a maximum amount of 500.00. A minimum odd is not required, unless other offer-related terms, are specified in the offer.
Any free bet shall only apply to the respective customer account to which the associated e-mail, account notification, text message or push message has been sent.
Free bets must be submitted within the respective period specified in the offer received by e-mail, account notification or text message. Unused free bets will become invalid after the designated period has expired. If no period has been specified, the free bet shall be valid for a maximum of seven days.
The free bet may only be submitted on one bet and in the full amount. If the customer has won a bet, he or she will receive the respective winnings, less the nominal value of the free bet.
Example: if the free bet winnings are € 10.00, submitted at a 2.0 odd, the customer will be credited with € 10.00 (€ 20.00 win - € 10.00 free bet).
The amount won from the free bet will be credited to the account and may be used to place additional bets.
In case a free bet was won, winnings (minus the value of the free bet) have to be turned over at least once on bets of any odds before a withdrawal can be made.
A free bet will not get reimbursed automatically in case of a cancelled event.
The Cashout functionality is not available for bets placed as ‘Free Bets’.
The free bet cannot be used on an event on which you have already placed a bet with a different outcome.
Risk-free bets
Risk-free bets may be limited to a particular sporting event or betting market.
In order to submit a Risk-free bet, the customer must manually mark it on the bet slip before placing it.
A Risk-free bet shall only apply to single and combined bets, system bets are not included.
A Risk-free bet can only be used on one bet slip. Placing a bet with a lower stake than it's value is possible but the remaining amount becomes forfeited.
If the customer has won a bet, he or she will receive the respective winnings. Example: if the Risk-free bet winnings is €10 submitted at a 2.0 odds, the customer will be credited with €20 (€10 stake plus €10 win). If the betting slip does not win, the €10 stake will be reimbursed.
If a Risk-free bet is lost, the reimbursed amount has to be turned over at least once on bets of any odds before a withdrawal can be made.
A Risk-free bet will not get reimbursed automatically in case of a cancelled event.
Any Risk-free bet will only apply to the customer account to which the e-mail, account notification, text message or push message has been sent.
A Risk-free bet cannot be used on an event on which you have already placed a bet with a different outcome.
Casino bonus terms

Bonus offers via e-mail, SMS or any other distribution channel are individual and only meant for the person that iBet sent the offer to.

forfeit the bonus allocated to the Account Holder and any winnings from that bonus, and/or
revoke, deny, or withdraw a bonus offer from the Account Holder, and/or block access to particular products, and/or
block access to particular products, and/or exclude the Account Holder from any future promotional offers, and/or terminate the Account Holder’s account with immediate effect.
At any time, iBet may decide to review all records and play transactions and / or to monitor your use of any bonuses. iBet reserves the right to disqualify you from any Free Spins promotion or Bonus or other form of promotion and / or confiscate all deposits and / or winnings and / or close your Account.
Own deposited money will always be used prior to the use of bonus money. Only bets with bonus money count towards the wagering requirement of the bonus. All winnings generated from the bonus money will remain as bonus money and may not be withdrawn or wagered on other products until wagering requirements are met.
If you cancel the Bonus / Free Spins then you will lose the Bonus / Free spins and all winnings generated from the Bonus / Free Spins.
Winnings received through the use of the free bonus (no deposit) or free spins (no deposit) shall not exceed €100. Any winnings which shall be made with the free bonus or free spins which exceeds the €100 maximum, shall be considered as nil, and shall not be recorded as winnings.
The maximum winnings for accounts with currencies other than euro are respectively:

Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated time frame will result in the forfeit of the Bonus and any winnings that have resulted from the Bonus.

Deposit / reload bonuses
